Save Money on the outfits for the men

If you are wanting to go for a classy look on a budget, cheapest option is probably dinner suits (sometimes called tuxedos or black tie).  There was a time when most people hired these but nowadays they are available in supermarkets in the run up to Christmas (usually about £50 but I have seen them for even less) and lots of people own them - even teenagers for their proms!  So even if the members of the wedding party don't own one they can often  borrow one or there are plenty on ebay.  Styles vary a bit but you can pull the look together by adding matching bow ties and cumberbunds, again if you know someone who can sew, these are not too difficult to make yourself (instructions here also available on YouTube), and you could use fabric to match the bridesmaids dresses.

If you are hiring morning suits, the prices are pretty standard.  If members of your wedding party live all over the country, it is a good idea to choose a company that has branches everywhere, so they can go into their local branch to be measured and then you order with the branch nearest to you.  This will give you the opportunity to try a bit of haggling, but it will probably only be free hire on bow ties or something similar.
